Law Clerk
John McWhorter is a Law Clerk at Robbins Law Group. His interest in Construction Law is fostered by his commitment to steadfastly serving the firm’s clients and unlocking the many complex legal problems that arise in this field.
John graduated from the University of Florida in 2021 majoring in History with minors in Philosophy and Sports Management. This is when John began to hone his writing and research skills as he wrote a thesis on Brazil’s 19th Century Abolition Movement. John then continued his academic career at the George Washington University Law School, graduating with his J.D. in 2024. Whilst at George Washington, John served as a member of the Journal of International Law in Domestic Courts, and actively participated in the GW Law Bands Organization by serving as its Director for both his second and third year of Law School.
Over the course of Law School, John gained experience working in firms that specialize in both Commercial and Residential Real Estate Litigation as well as undertaking complex projects working in both Houses of Congress.
A Miami Native, John spends his free time rooting for his favorite sports teams or playing guitar. He is extremely excited to begin his legal career as a member of the team at Robbins Law Group.
