Chey Goodman is an associate at Robbins Law Group, where she concentrates her practice on construction litigation. With a robust legal acumen and a proven track record, Chey is committed to providing exemplary advocacy for her clients in complex legal disputes.
Prior to her tenure at Robbins Law Group, Chey honed her expertise at a preeminent Delaware bankruptcy firm, where she adeptly represented a diverse clientele, including debtors, court-appointed trustees, and future claimants’ representatives. Her extensive experience encompasses multifaceted restructuring transactions, mass tort bankruptcies, and intricate bankruptcy litigation. Beyond construction and bankruptcy, Chey is proficient in navigating complex real estate disputes, non-compete agreements, and fraudulent conveyance claims, showcasing her versatility in the legal arena.
During her law school career, Chey refined her analytical and legal writing skills through an esteemed externship with the Honorable Christopher J. Burke in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. In this capacity, she engaged with pivotal Markman and Daubert disputes, further enhancing her litigation prowess.
Chey earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Drexel University School of Law, where she was honored with a full academic scholarship in recognition of her academic excellence. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Legal Studies from the University of Pittsburgh.
